We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Our 4 Step Return Process

1. Begin Your Return

To start a return, open the chat widget and select "Start a Return." You’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your items.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Send Your Return to Our Warehouse

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
This includes any applicable duties or taxes incurred during the return process.

3. We Process and Examine Your Return

Upon receiving your return, we carefully inspect and test the product to confirm its condition.
If the item shows signs of use or damage, we will issue store credit in place of a refund.

4. Refund or Store Credit

After processing your return, we will issue a full or partial refund, or store credit, based on the condition of the item.
A 10% restocking or refurbishing fee may apply. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.

To qualify for a return

1. The light fixture should be in the same condition as when it was received.

2. The fixture must be unused and unopened.

3. Please include all original items that came with the product.

4. All returns must be in their original packaging.

5. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

6. Items returned within 60 days are eligible for a refund to the original payment method, or store credit if preferred.

Product Inspection & After-Sales Support

Please inspect the product immediately upon receiving it. If you find any defects, damages, or discrepancies with your order, contact us within 15 days. We will verify the issue and offer a solution, such as repair or replacement.

To help us assess the issue, please provide clear photos or videos as evidence.

If you choose to return the product, you will cover the return shipping cost. However, if the product is faulty, we will offer a free replacement or resend the item. Thank you for your cooperation.

Open Box Products

Please note that open-box products are currently available only for customers in the continental United States. Open-box items offer a great opportunity to purchase at discounted prices. These products are typically customer returns, carefully inspected by our team, and restocked for resale at a reduced cost. Customizations are not available for open-box products.

When purchasing an open-box item, you will still receive the warranty. However, please note that all open-box sales are final and non-refundable. While we make every effort to ensure that all open-box items are fully functional and in excellent condition, should you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. We are happy to assist with replacements if necessary.

If you wish to exchange an open-box item for a brand-new one, you will be responsible for paying any price difference. Thank you for understanding!

Product Warranty

Some fixtures come with a warranty at the time of purchase. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover wear and tear from normal use.

Before approving any replacement, we may ask for photo or video evidence of the issue. Replacement parts will be provided at our discretion.

Each product is limited to one warranty claim. If you purchase an extended warranty, your coverage period will be extended accordingly. Join the membership club for first access to new product releases, promotions, and exclusive content.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will assist with replacing the damaged parts or the entire product, depending on the situation.

For the quickest resolution, we recommend returning the item you received, and once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new product. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund for Items Not Received

If you have not received your package within 60 business days, you may request a full refund by contacting us via email. Please note that we are not responsible for replacing or refunding packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If the package needs to be re-shipped due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
