1. Order Processing

• Turnaround Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.
• Secure Packaging: We know lighting is fragile. We use reinforced packaging with specialized foam protection to ensure the glass globe and fixture arrive in perfect condition.

2. Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 10-12 business days.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

3. Damaged upon Arrival?

• Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
• If the glass globe or fixture is damaged during transit, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a free replacement for the damaged parts immediately—no extra cost to you.

1. 60-Day Return Window

• We accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Conditions (Important)

• Must be Uninstalled: To qualify for a full refund, the fixture must be in new, resellable condition. This means it has not been installed, the wires have not been cut, and no mounting hardware has been used.
• Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original box with all protective packing materials.

3. Common Scenarios

• Ordered the Wrong Direction? (Left vs. Right)
  This fixture is asymmetrical. If you realize you need the opposite direction, we are happy to exchange it. You simply cover the return shipping cost, and we will handle the shipping of the new unit.
• Defective or Incorrect Item:
  If there is a manufacturing defect or we sent the wrong item, we will cover all shipping costs to replace it or issue a full refund.
• Change of Mind:
  If you simply change your mind, please contact us to initiate a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Installation & Assembly

⚠️ SAFETY FIRST

Before starting, turn off the main power at your circuit breaker panel. Do not rely on the wall switch alone.

🛠️ Installation Steps

1. Install the Bracket
Remove your old fixture. Secure the metal Mounting Bracket to your wall junction box using the provided screws.

• Note: Ensure the bracket is level.

2. Connect the Wires
Use the wire nuts to connect the fixture wires to your home wiring:

• Black Wire → Connect to Live/Hot wire.
• White Wire → Connect to Neutral wire.
• Copper/Green Wire → Connect to Ground.

3. Mount the Fixture
Tuck the wires neatly into the box. Align the base over the bracket and secure it with the side nuts.

4. Install Bulb & Globe
Insert the bulb. Gently screw on the glass globe.

• ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Hand-tighten only. Do not overtighten! Stop as soon as it feels snug. Overtightening can cause the glass to crack when it heats up.
