Not at all, and it's faster than it looks! The glass flowers are packed separately for safety. We include a detailed manual and recommend a two-person installation. It usually takes only about 45 minutes to complete the assembly and hanging. The moment you light it up, you'll see it's absolutely worth it!

Is this chandelier dimmable?

Yes, absolutely! The included bulbs are dimmable. You simply need to use them with a wall dimmer switch to adjust the brightness.

Is the hanging height adjustable?

Yes, fully adjustable! The fixture comes with an adjustable metal chain (covered by the velvet sleeve). You can easily customize the height by removing chain links to shorten it, ensuring the perfect hang for your room.

Is this a plug-in or a hardwired fixture?

This is a Hardwired fixture. It connects directly to your ceiling junction box and does not come with a plug. For safety and a clean look, we recommend professional installation by a licensed electrician.

What if the glass flowers arrive broken?

Please rest assured! We include spare glass parts in the package. If the damage exceeds the spares, simply contact us with photos within 48 hours for a free replacement. We are committed to ensuring you receive a perfect fixture.

2. Return Conditions (Very Important)

Due to the delicate glass flower shades and metal arms of this fixture, strict conditions apply:

  • Must be Uninstalled: To qualify for a refund, the fixture must be in new, resellable condition. This means it has not been installed, wires have not been cut, and it is returned in its original packaging.
  • Original Packaging: You must return the item in its original box with all protective molded foam to prevent damage during transit.

3. Common Scenarios

  • Arrived with a Broken Flower Shade? (Do Not Return the Whole Light!)
    While our glass materials are of high quality, shipping accidents can occasionally happen. Please do not return the entire fixture for a single damaged shade. Simply contact us with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of arrival, and we will immediately ship a free replacement flower shade to you.
  • Change of Mind / Size Issues:
    This fixture has a specific design and size. Please verify your space measurements before ordering. If you simply change your mind or find it doesn't fit your space, you may return it. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the labor required to inspect and repack these delicate fixtures, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

1. Turn Off Power
Safety First! Switch off the main power at your circuit breaker panel.

2. Handle with Care (Glass & Metal)
This fixture features delicate glass flower shades. While the metal vine structure is sturdy, please handle the glass parts with extreme care during assembly to avoid breakage. Do not overtighten screws against the glass.

3. Assemble the Fixture
Follow the video/manual to assemble the metal vine structure. We recommend attaching the glass shades as the final step to keep them safe during installation.

4. Install Mounting Bracket
Secure the bracket to your ceiling junction box. Ensure the box is braced to support the weight of the light.

5. Connect Wires
Connect the fixture wires to your home wiring (Black to Live, White to Neutral, Ground to Ground).

6. Install Bulbs
Insert the required bulbs. Turn the power back on and enjoy the floral elegance!
