  • We accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Conditions (Very Important)
Due to the size and specific packaging of this ring-structure fixture, strict conditions apply:

  • Must be Uninstalled: To qualify for a refund, the fixture must be in new, resellable condition. This means it has not been installed, wires have not been cut, and it is returned in its original packaging.
  • Original Packaging: You must return the item in its original box with all protective molded foam to prevent damage during transit.

3. Common Scenarios

  • Arrived with a Broken Antler Tip? (Do Not Return the Whole Light!)
    While our resin antler material is durable, shipping accidents can occasionally happen. Please do not return the entire large fixture for a single damaged part. Simply contact us with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of arrival, and we will immediately ship a free replacement part to you.
  • Defective or Incorrect Item:
    If there is a manufacturing defect or we sent the wrong item, we will cover all shipping costs to replace it or issue a full refund.
  • Change of Mind / Size Issues:
    This fixture has a wide diameter. Please verify your space measurements before ordering.
    If you simply change your mind or find it is too big/small for your space, you may return it. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the labor required to inspect and repack these large fixtures, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

🛠️ Installation Overview

1. Turn Off Power
Safety First! Switch off the main power at your circuit breaker panel.

2. Handle with Care (Epoxy Resin Material)
This fixture is crafted from high-quality Epoxy Resin. While durable, please do not overtighten screws when assembling the antler arms to avoid cracking the resin.

3. Assemble the Fixture
Follow the video/manual to assemble the antler structure. Ensure all resin parts are securely connected but not forced.

4. Install Mounting Bracket
Secure the bracket to your ceiling junction box. Ensure the box is braced to support the weight of the light.

5. Connect Wires
Connect the fixture wires to your home wiring (Black to Live, White to Neutral, Ground to Ground).

6. Install Bulbs
Insert the required bulbs (G4 Base). Turn the power back on and enjoy the rustic charm!
