Due to the monumental size of these fixtures—62" Diameter (35-Light) and 89" Diameter (48-Light)—they cannot be shipped via standard parcel carriers. We ship them via a specialized freight carrier.

• Free Shipping: 12-18 Business Days — FREEIncludes professional wooden crating to ensure safety.
• No Expedited Option: Due to the sheer volume of the crate (up to 104" in height), air transport is not available.

2. Important Delivery Procedure (Must Read)

• Phone Number Required: The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure the phone number on your order is correct.
• Curbside Delivery: The driver will offload the crate at the end of your driveway. They will not bring the crate inside your home or garage. Please plan to have help available to move the boxes indoors.

3. Order Processing & Crating

• Please allow 3-6 business days for us to perform a final quality check and build the reinforced wooden crate for your specific SKU.
• Heavy-Duty Protection: We use industrial-grade molded foam and wood bracing to protect the multi-tier metal structure and candle arms.

4. Damaged Arrival? (Hassle-Free Parts Replacement)

• Built to Last: These chandeliers feature a heavy-duty metal frame designed for grand spaces. However, freight transit can be rough.
• Bent Arm or Part Issue? (Do Not Return the Whole Light!)
  Returning a crate that is 7-8 feet tall is extremely difficult.
  If you discover a bent arm, a broken socket sleeve, or missing hardware, please do not panic. Contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We will immediately ship the specific replacement arm or component directly to you free of charge.

1. 60-Day Return Window

• We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. However, due to the monumental size of these chandeliers (62" & 89" Diameter), we strongly encourage you to measure your space twice before ordering to avoid costly returns.

2. Return Conditions (Strictly Enforced)
To qualify for a refund, the fixture must meet the following criteria:

• Brand New & Uninstalled: The item must be in its original condition. Wires must not be cut, and the fixture must not have been installed.
• Original Crating: You must return the item in its original wooden crate with all internal foam packing. We cannot accept returns if the original crate has been discarded, as the item cannot be shipped safely without it.

3. "Parts First" Policy (For Damages)

• Damaged Arm or Socket?
  Shipping a crate that is over 8 feet tall is complex. If you find a bent metal arm, a broken candle sleeve, or missing hardware upon arrival, please do not return the entire chandelier.
  Simply send us a photo of the issue within 48 hours. We will immediately ship the specific free replacement arm or part to you. This is faster and easier for you than repacking the whole crate.

4. Change of Mind / Size Issues

• Return Shipping Costs: If you choose to return the item because it is "too big" or you changed your mind, you (the buyer) are responsible for the return freight shipping costs, which can be significant for items of this size.
• Restocking Fee: Due to the labor required to uncrate, inspect 35+ or 48+ arms, and repack these massive fixtures, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

⚠️ CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING (Read First)

• Heavy Load: This fixture is significantly heavy and large (up to 104" Height). A standard plastic junction box is NOT sufficient. You must verify your ceiling box is rated for heavy fixtures (or use a Fan Brace/Structural Beam).
• Team Lift Required: Do NOT attempt to install this alone. We recommend a team of 3-4 people and professional scaffolding/platform ladders.

🛠️ Step-by-Step Installation

1. Turn Off Power
Safety First! Switch off the main power at your circuit breaker panel.

2. Ground Assembly (The "Skeleton")

• Spacious Area: Clear a large area on the floor (on a carpet or the foam from the crate) to lay out the parts.
• Build the Core: Assemble the central rod and the multiple ring tiers first according to the manual.
• Attach Arms: Install the curved metal arms onto the rings one by one. Secure them tightly with the provided nuts.
• Internal Wiring: Connect the wires from each arm to the central main line using the wire connectors. Tip: Labeling wires by tier can help keep things organized.

3. Install Heavy-Duty Bracket

• Secure the mounting bracket directly to a structural ceiling joist or a heavy-duty metal electrical box.
• Safety Check: Pull down firmly on the bracket to ensure it can support the full weight of the fixture.

4. The "Team Lift" (Crucial Step)

• Prepare the Chain: Adjust the hanging chain to your desired height before lifting.
• Lift: Have 2-3 people carefully lift the fully assembled fixture while the electrician stands on the scaffold/ladder to hook it onto the ceiling bracket immediately.
• Note: Ensure the arms do not bang against the ladder or walls during the lift.

5. Final Connection & Bulbs

• Connect Wires: Connect Main Line (Black/L), Neutral (White/N), and Ground (Green/E).
• Install Bulbs: Insert the [35 or 48] required bulbs (E14/Candelabra Base).
• Adjust Arms: After hanging, some arms might be slightly misaligned. Gently bend them back into perfect symmetry.
