2. Return Conditions (Very Important)
Due to the large size and complexity of this light fixture, strict conditions apply:

  • Must be Uninstalled: To qualify for a refund, the fixture must be in new, resellable condition. This means it has not been installed, wires have not been cut, and all arms/components are securely packed in their original placement.
  • Original Packaging: You must return the item in its original box with all protective packing materials to prevent damage during transit.

3. Common Scenarios

  • Arrived with a Bent Arm or Broken Socket? (Do Not Return the Whole Light!)
    Shipping heavy fixtures can sometimes result in minor damage to components. Please do not return the entire large fixture for a single damaged part. Simply contact us with a photo of the issue within 48 hours of arrival, and we will immediately ship a free replacement part (e.g., a new arm or socket) to you.
  • Defective or Incorrect Item:
    If there is a manufacturing defect with the main body or if we sent the wrong item, we will cover all shipping costs to replace it or issue a full refund.
  • Change of Mind / Size Issues:
    This is a very large fixture (Diameter 30"+). Please verify your space measurements before ordering.
    If you simply change your mind or find it is too big for your space, you may return it. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the size and the labor required to inspect and repack returned large fixtures, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  1. Turn Off Power: Safety First! Switch off the main power at your circuit breaker panel.
  2. Assemble the Arms: Before hanging, assemble the central column and screw all light arms into the main body according to the manual/video instructions.
  3. Check Ceiling Support: Ensure your ceiling junction box is braced to support the weight of this fixture. Install the mounting bracket securely.
  4. Adjust Height & Hang: Determine your desired drop height and adjust the chain length. Lift the fixture and hang it on the bracket.
  5. Connect Wires: Connect the fixture wires to your home wiring (Black to Live, White to Neutral, Ground to Ground).
  6. Install Bulbs: Insert the required number of E14 bulbs (Candelabra base). Turn the power back on and enjoy!
