  • We accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Conditions (Very Important)

Due to the glass material of this fixture, strict conditions apply:

  • Must be Uninstalled: To qualify for a refund, the fixture must be in new, resellable condition. This means the wires have not been cut, it has not been installed, and it is returned in its original packaging.
  • Original Packaging: You must return the item in its original box with all protective molded foam to prevent the glass shade from breaking during transit.

3. Common Scenarios

  • Arrived with a Broken Glass Shade? (Do Not Return the Whole Light!)
    While our textured glass is thick and durable, shipping accidents can occasionally happen. Please do not return the entire fixture for a single damaged shade. Simply contact us with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of arrival, and we will immediately ship a free replacement shade to you.
  • Change of Mind / Size Issues:
    Please Note the Size: This is a compact fixture with a diameter of 8 inches (20 cm). Please verify your space measurements before ordering. If you simply change your mind or find it is too small for your room, you may return it. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the labor required to inspect and repack these glass fixtures, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

🛠️ Installation Overview

1. Turn Off Power
Safety First! Switch off the main power at your circuit breaker panel before starting.

2. Handle with Care (Textured Glass)
This fixture features a unique textured glass shade. While the glass is thick and durable, please handle it with care to avoid chipping or breaking. Do not drop the fixture during installation.

3. Install Mounting Bracket
Secure the metal mounting plate/crossbar to your ceiling junction box using the provided screws. Ensure it is tight and secure.

4. Connect Wires
Connect the fixture wires to your home wiring (Black to Live, White to Neutral, Ground to Ground) using wire nuts.

5. Mount the Fixture
Lift the fixture base (4-inch diameter) to the ceiling, aligning it with the mounting bracket screws. Secure it in place with the decorative nuts.

6. Install Bulb
Insert the required bulb. Turn the power back on and enjoy the warm, rustic glow!
