• Broken Glass Globe? If you notice any damage upon arrival, please do not panic. Simply contact us at Info@xewlighting.com within 48 hours with a photo. We will immediately ship free replacement glass globes to you—there is no need to return the entire chandelier!

1. 60-Day Return Window

• We accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Conditions (Very Important)
Due to the delicate glass globes and branch frame of this fixture, strict conditions apply:

• Must be Uninstalled: To qualify for a refund, the fixture must be in new, resellable condition. This means it has not been installed, wires have not been cut, and it is returned in its original packaging.
• Original Packaging: You must return the item in its original box with all protective molded foam to prevent damage during transit.

3. Common Scenarios

• Arrived with a Broken Glass Globe? (Do Not Return the Whole Light!)
  While our fixtures are packed securely, shipping accidents can occasionally happen. Please do not return the entire fixture for a single broken glass globe. Simply contact us at Info@xewlighting.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of arrival, and we will immediately ship free replacement glass globes to you.
• Change of Mind / Size Issues:
  Please verify your space measurements and fixture dimensions before ordering. If you simply change your mind or find the size doesn't fit your space, you may return it. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the significant labor required to safely inspect and repack these delicate lighting fixtures, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

🛠️ Installation Overview

1. Turn Off Power
Safety First! Switch off the main power at your circuit breaker panel before starting.

2. Handle with Care (Glass & Metal)
This fixture features delicate glass globes. While the metal branch frame structure is sturdy, please handle the glass parts with extreme care during assembly to avoid breakage. Do not overtighten screws against the glass.

3. Assemble the Fixture First
Follow the video/manual to assemble the metal branch structure and attach the main frame components. For the easiest and safest installation, we highly recommend fully assembling the main branching body before hanging it on the ceiling. Crucially, we recommend attaching the individual glass globes as the very final step to keep them safe during installation.

4. Install Mounting Bracket & Adjust Height
Secure the mounting bracket to your ceiling junction box. Ensure the box is properly braced to support the light's weight. Adjust the suspension wires to your desired hanging length to perfectly fit your space.

5. Connect Wires
Connect the fixture wires to your home wiring (Black/Brown to Live, White/Blue to Neutral, Ground to Ground).

6. Install Bulbs & Final Glass Shades
Insert the required bulbs (refer to the bulb socket type and max wattage on your printed manual). After the fixture is securely mounted and wired, carefully attach the glass globes. Turn the power back on and enjoy the unique, modern elegance!
