🚚 Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• Turnaround Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.
• Secure Packaging: We know lighting is fragile. We use reinforced packaging with specialized foam protection to ensure the glass globe and fixture arrive in perfect condition.

2. Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 10-12 business days.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

3. Damaged upon Arrival?

• Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
• If the glass globe or fixture is damaged during transit, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a free replacement for the damaged parts immediately—no extra cost to you.

1. 60-Day Return Window

• We accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Conditions (Very Important)

Due to the complexity and fragile nature of this large crystal fixture, strict conditions apply:

• Must be Uninstalled & Unassembled: To qualify for a refund, the fixture must be in new, resellable condition. This means it has not been installed, wires have not been cut, and crystal strands must be securely packed in their original trays.
• Original Packaging: You must return the item in its original box with all protective packing materials to prevent damage during transit.

3. Common Scenarios

• Arrived with Broken Crystals? (Do Not Return the Whole Light!)
  Given the delicate nature of crystal, occasional breakage during transit can happen. Please do not return the entire large fixture for a few broken parts. Simply contact us with photos of the broken crystals within 48 hours of arrival, and we will immediately ship free replacement crystals to you.
• Defective or Incorrect Item:
  If there is a manufacturing defect with the main fixture body or if we sent the wrong item, we will cover all shipping costs to replace it or issue a full refund.
• Change of Mind / Size Issues:
  This is a very large fixture. Please verify your space measurements before ordering.
  If you simply change your mind or find it is too big for your space, you may return it. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the size and the labor required to inspect returned crystal fixtures, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

🛠️ General Installation Overview

1. Safety First
Before starting, turn off the main power at your circuit breaker panel. Do not rely on the wall switch alone.

2. Check Support & Install Bracket
Ensure your ceiling junction box can support the weight of the fixture. Secure the mounting bracket to the box.

• Tip: Determine your desired hanging height and adjust the chain length before wiring.

3. Connect the Wires
Use wire nuts to connect the fixture wires to your home wiring:

• Black Wire → Connect to Live/Hot wire.
• White Wire → Connect to Neutral wire.
• Copper/Green Wire → Connect to Ground.

4. Mount the Frame
Lift the fixture frame and hang it securely onto the mounting bracket/hook.

5. Hang the Crystals (The Fun Part!)
Once the frame is secure, carefully hang the crystal strands according to the manual's diagram.

• Note: Take your time! This step requires patience, but the sparkling result is worth it.

6. Install Bulbs
Insert E12 candle-style bulbs. Turn the power back on and enjoy!
