Common Questions
Is the gold finish shiny or matte?

It is a sophisticated Satin Brass finish, not a shiny, mirror-like "chrome gold." It has a soft, brushed metallic sheen that looks warm and expensive, designed to blend beautifully with other gold or brass hardware in your home.

Are the crystals real glass or plastic acrylic?

We use premium K9 Glass Crystals for maximum clarity and sparkle. Unlike cloudy acrylic (plastic), these faceted glass drops refract natural light into rainbows and maintain their brilliance over time.

Is it difficult to hang the crystals?

The brass frame installs quickly. Hanging the individual crystal drops takes a little patience (approx. 20-30 mins), but no special tools are required. We include a clear guide, and the stunning final result is absolutely worth the effort.

Is this light dimmable? What bulbs should I use?

Yes, it is fully dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer switch. It requires E14 candelabra base bulbs(sold separately). We recommend using 2700 K Warm White LEDs to enhance the brass and crystals' golden glow.

Can I install this on a sloped ceiling or over a dining table?

Absolutely. The fixture hangs from an adjustable chain, which allows it to hang straight even on sloped or vaulted ceilings. You can also easily adjust the height to position it perfectly over a dining table or in a living room.

To be eligible for a full refund, the fixture must be returned in resalable condition. This means it must be:

  • Uninstalled and Unaltered: The wiring must not be cut, stripped, or modified in any way.
  • In Original Packaging: Crucial Note: Please ensure the crystal pendants and drops are securely placed back into their original separate packaging. This is strictly required to prevent tangling, scratching, chipping, or damage during the return transit.

3. How to Start a Return
Simply email our support team at Info@xewlighting.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions.

⚙️ Installation Overview

1. Turn Off Power
Safety First! Switch off the main power at your circuit breaker panel before starting any work.

2. Handle with Care (Crystals & Brass Finish)
This chandelier features a premium finish and delicate crystal drops. Please handle with care to avoid scratching the metal. Pro Tip: We highly recommend installing the main metal frame to the ceiling first, and attaching the fragile crystals as the very last step.

3. Assemble the Fixture
Follow the video/manual to attach the 12 curved arms to the central column. Ensure all wires from the arms are threaded correctly into the center hub and securely connected.

4. Install Mounting Bracket
Secure the heavy-duty mounting bracket to your ceiling junction box. Ensure your junction box is properly braced to support the weight of a large chandelier.

5. Connect Wires
Connect the fixture wires to your home wiring (Black to Live, White to Neutral, Ground to Ground) using the provided wire nuts.

6. Install Bulbs & Crystals
Insert the required candelabra bulbs (E14 Base recommended). Finally, carefully hang the crystal pendants and the center glass column according to the diagram. Turn the power back on and enjoy the brilliant light!
