Is the chandelier dimmable?

Absolutely! To make your installation as seamless as possible, we include complimentary dimmable bulbs with every order. Simply connect the chandelier to your home's standard wall dimmer switch (switch not included), and you can effortlessly transition from bright daytime lighting to a warm, romantic glow for evening dinners.

How do I know which size to choose?

We offer three sizes (Small, Medium, Large) to fit any space perfectly. Our Large size, boasting an impressive 51" (130 cm) length, is highly recommended for grand entryways or over large dining tables (seating 8 or more). A general rule of thumb is to choose a fixture that is roughly 1/2 to 2/3 the width of your dining table.

Can I cut the cord to adjust the hanging height?

No, please do not cut the cord under any circumstances. The Belmont Chandelier is designed with a smart, retractable cord system. You can easily customize the hanging height (up to 61" / 155 cm) by simply feeding the excess cord into the 6.29" (16 cm) ceiling canopy. Cutting the wire will damage the fixture.

Can this chandelier be installed on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?

Yes! The flexible suspension cord design allows the chandelier to hang perfectly straight, making it an ideal choice for rooms with sloped, vaulted, or high ceilings.

Are the crystals made of glass or plastic, and how do I clean them?

We use only top-grade K9 crystals—renowned for their exceptional optical clarity and brilliant light refraction—absolutely no plastic or standard glass. To clean, simply dust them with a dry microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning, spray a little glass cleaner onto a cloth (never directly onto the chandelier) and gently wipe the drops.

Secure the mounting bracket to your ceiling junction box. Determine your ideal hanging height. Crucial Step: Simply pull the cord to retract the excess length and hide it safely inside the canopy. 4. Connect Wires (Fully Pre-Wired)
Good news: No complicated vintage rewiring! The fixture arrives fully pre-wired to modern safety standards. Simply connect the fixture wires to your home wiring (Black to Live, White to Neutral, Ground to Ground). Secure the canopy to the ceiling.
